Children £25.00 each (under 12 years old). Served from 12.00 noon until 2.00pm. You and Your guests will be welcomed with fizz before sitting down to enjoy a four course festive feast finished with coffee.

  • Pressed Terrine of Slow Cooked Duck, Chicken and Ham Hock, served with a smooth truffled potato salad, creamed chicken livers
  • and green beans
  • Caramelised Galia Melon filled with a fruit brunoise and a passion fruit sauce

 

Soup Course

  • Creamed Butternut Squash Veloute finished with pumpkin seed oil

Mains

  • Roast Breast of Turkey served with Roasted and Mashed Potatoes, bacon wrapped chipolata, homemade stuffing and a rich roasting gravy
  • Pan Roasted Venison Haunch Steak, grain mustard mashed potato, sauteed wild mushrooms, bacon and thyme sauce
  • Roast Breast of Duck accompanied by a beetroot ravioli, roasted beetroot and a citrus sauce
  • Pan Fried Halibut Steak served with a creamed celeriac sauce, cabbage and roasted hazelnuts
  • All served with a Selection of Seasonal Vegetables

  • Warm Christmas Pudding served with vanilla ice cream, chilled rum custard and brandy butter
