  • Roast Breast Of Turkey served with roast and mashed potatoes, bacon wrapped sausage, onion seasoning and a red wine gravy

  • Pan Fried Venison Haunch Steak with a blackcurrant, port and applesauce, potato puree and toasted oats
  • Steamed Filet of Salmon accompanied by a butternut squash veloute, sage, golden beetroot and squash ravioli
  • Flat Tart of Stewed Red Onions, Black Olive, Tomato, Basil, Goats Cheese and Fig finished with basil and hazelnut dressing (Vegetarian)
